Located in Charlottesville, Virginia, the practice offers a flexible opportunity to work either full‑time or part‑time, providing an ideal work‑life balance within a supportive team environment.

The experienced team specializes in primary vision care, ocular disease management, and specialty contact lenses, all within a welcoming and friendly environment. The recently renovated facilities feature four fully equipped exam lanes and two pretest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for every patient. What You’ll Do

As the newest Optometrist on the team, you’ll focus exclusively on patient needs, providing comprehensive care for individuals of all ages. You will collaborate daily with multiple experienced doctors, fostering professional growth. You will conduct approximately 24 patient encounters per day and contribute to staff development. Your day will be supported by advanced technology such as optical coherence tomography, Optos, and cloud‑based electronic medical records, enabling streamlined care and long‑term tracking of patient health. The practice operates Monday through Saturday with flexible hours, offering a schedule that supports a healthy work‑life balance.
