Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, vision testing, and contact lens fittings.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and disorders (glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy).
• Co-manage pre- and post-operative care with local ophthalmology partners.
• Communicate with patients regarding eye health, preventive care, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an experienced support team of technicians and opticians.

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $190,000 / year

• Production Bonus: 16% of revenue (paid out if higher than base)

Key Responsibilities
