Pay and Incentives

Pay range: $64.90–$84.13 per hour. 15K retention bonus for FT optometrist.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. The compensation package may include eligible incentives, bonuses and/or commissions.

What You'll Do

You will provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, visual and medical conditions. Responsibilities include patient examinations, prescribing vision‑enhancing solutions based on findings, handling eye emergencies, and collaborating with staff to improve access to healthcare.
