Qualifications

• Experience in a medical/ophthalmic office preferred.
• Minimum 1 year interacting with customers or patients.
• Background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person.
