Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Familiarity with POS and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide timely service to all visitors.
• Explain services, paperwork, tests, products and timelines to guests and doctors.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully and accurately.
• Demonstrate patience and courtesy under time pressure and high guest volume.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and store appearance.
• Disinfect and manage contact lens inventory; support the Optometrist.
• Identify safety opportunities and report to management.
