Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (optometric or medical experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support optometrists by performing pre-screening tests and assisting with exams.
• Collect patient medical histories and explain vision benefits clearly and confidently.
• Train patients on contact lens use and care.
• Verify insurance, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing smoothly.
• Help coordinate patient flow and contribute to a seamless, high-quality experience.
