Qualifications

• Prior experience in optometry or ophthalmology strongly preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings a plus.
• Comfortable working with the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Assist optometrists with comprehensive eye exams and vision testing.
• Perform preliminary testing, including visual acuity and intraocular pressure measurements.
• Document patient history, test results, and clinical findings.
• Collaborate with clinical providers to support patient care.
