Job summary

Sight Partners in Washington is seeking a full-time Optometrist for a high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management role in Edmonds. You will perform comprehensive medical eye care with emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management, collaborating with ophthalmologists from diagnosis to post-op care.

This position offers a strong production-based compensation up to $200,000, modern clinics with advanced diagnostic technology, excellent support staff, and ongoing CE and professional

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Washington license (or ability to obtain).
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management.
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset.
• Team-oriented and clinically driven.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our Washington team in a high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management role.

You'll provide comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management, working closely with ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post-op care. This is an ideal position for optometrists who enjoy complex care in a team-based environment.

• Earn up to $200,000 with a strong production model
