Bonds Eye Care, Inc in Downingtown, PA is seeking a friendly, motivated, part-time team member to join our close-knit practice. You will perform front-desk duties, schedule appointments, and assist with patient check-in/check-out, with training provided.

Hours are daytime with no evenings or Sundays, Monday–Thursday 8:15 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM–1:30 PM. This role offers long-term growth within our comprehensive eye care services and a team-focused environment.

About the Role

No prior eye care experience needed-we provide all the training.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Welcome patients and assist with check-in/check-out
• Maintain patient records, orders and other administrative tasks-medical billing
• Perform pre-testing and diagnostic imaging (training provided)
