Pay Type: Part Time

Pay Range: $14.70 - $17.29 per hour

The Role:

A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our Exam Practice, dedicated to ensuring the best experience for every patient. This role involves training and knowledge in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, products/services, and managed vision care. The CS guides patients through their initial steps, ensuring their eye exam needs are met in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing
• Introduce patients to the OD and provide essential information
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor, aiding associates in recommending suitable products and services
• Support daily operations such as restocking, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to enhance the patient experience
