Pay Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $14.70 - $17.29 per hour

The Role:

A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring a positive experience for every patient. This role involves training and knowledge in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, and our products/services, guiding patients through the initial steps of their eye care journey in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patients to the OD and share important information.
• Assist in transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor, providing staff with necessary information to recommend suitable products and services.
• Support daily operational activities like restocking, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Customer or patient service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; related job experience is a plus.
