Job summary

Tardis Group is seeking an experienced Options Market Making Trader to expand its Asia-hours trading operation. You will trade and manage options portfolios, execute market-making strategies, monitor risk, and ensure seamless coverage across global trading desks.

Requirements include 2+ years in options market making and 1+ year in portfolio management, plus basic Python. Target compensation is $200,000–$250,000 USD plus bonus in a highly collaborative, technology-driven environment.
