Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer IV with strong expertise in ETL automated testing, test frameworks, and modern QA practices. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to review requirements, develop and execute automated test cases, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide comprehensive feedback.
• Participate in requirements analysis, sprint planning, QA planning, defect triage, and sprint reviews.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities within the development cycle.
• Design, document, and maintain test cases and test artifacts (test data, validations, automation scripts).
• Develop and execute automated test cases using tools such as Selenium with Java.
• Conduct ETL testing, integration testing, load testing, security testing, and server-side testing.
• Perform risk assessments and validate business requirements against test results.
• Investigate, document, and report bugs clearly and concisely.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve issues throughout the QA lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in QA automation using tools such as Selenium with Java or similar.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining automated test frameworks (Java, Perl, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with ETL testing and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
