Job summary

Athena is offering the Summer 2027 Internship in Optimization & Reporting at our Philadelphia headquarters. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing data to drive KPI reporting, building dashboards, and delivering client reports with actionable insights.

Interns gain exposure to analytics, visualization, and strategic communication within a cross-functional team. Interns will work 20–30 hours per week from June 15 to August 11, receive $20/hour pay, and participate in a Capstone Project

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data to generate insights.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with data tools; able to learn new software quickly.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to support performance tracking and KPI reporting.
• Assist in building dashboards and visualizations using Excel or other tools.
• Support the development of client reports with insights and recommendations.
• Learn and apply business analytics techniques to real-world client data.
• Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
