Warby Parker is seeking a skilled Optician for our West 3rd St. location in Los Angeles. You will become an expert in our glasses and provide extraordinary customer service, helping people see more clearly.

As a licensed dispensing optician (ABO-certified where required), you will take measurements, fit eyewear, and explain prescription terms. You will collaborate with a friendly team and uphold our brand values while delivering exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed dispensing optician license where applicable.
• ABO certification in non-licensing states preferred.
• Excellent eyewear knowledge and passion for retail.

Responsibilities

Warby Parker is searching for skilled and enthusiastic Opticians to join our growing team of in-house optical all-stars and play an integral part in what we're all about-helping people see! In this role, you'll become an expert in our brand and our glasses (take a peek at how they're made). Whether you're helping longtime Warby Parker fans or first-time wearers, you'll deliver extraordinary customer service to leave them excited and confident about our glasses. What you'll do

Who you are

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states)

For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.

For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
