Responsibilities

• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs.
• Maintain optical inventory and displays.
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care.
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth.
