Job summary

Walmart Vision Center in Martin, TN is hiring a Vision Associate to help customers choose eyewear, verify prescriptions, and process lens orders. The role requires attentive customer service and accuracy in handling prescription data and product selections.

You will be assisting customers at Walmart Supercenter #107, located at 134 Courtright Rd, Martin, TN. This full-time position offers incentives and a comprehensive benefits package; shifts include opening and morning hours.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescription information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Complete lens and eyewear orders in accordance with state regulations and store policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support at the vision center.

Job description

Hourly Wage

$23 - $31 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
