Walmart is seeking a Vision associate at our Troy, AL location to support customers in the eye care center. You will verify prescription information, assist customers with purchasing decisions, and help complete lens and eyewear orders in accordance with state regulations and licensing.

Responsibilities may vary by state, with shifts including mid-shift and closing. This role is part-time and based onsite at Walmart Supercenter #723, 1420 Highway 231 S, Troy, AL 36081, US.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 - $23 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
