Job summary

Walmart’s Vision Center is hiring a Vision Associate to support customers in the eye care center. You will verify prescriptions, help customers choose lenses and frames, and complete eyewear orders while following state regulations and licensing requirements.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, accurate prescription handling, and assisting with product recommendations in a fast-paced retail environment at Walmart.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the eye care center with prescription verification and product recommendations
• Process lens and eyewear orders and ensure accuracy per state regulations
• Support customers in selecting frames and lenses based on prescription and needs

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $27.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
