Walmart is seeking Vision Associates to support customers in the eye care center at Walmart Supercenter #101 in Rolla, MO. This part-time role focuses on verifying prescription information, guiding customers in selecting lenses and eyewear, and processing orders in accordance with state regulations.

You'll join a team that emphasizes customer service and accuracy, with shifts including mid-shift and closing.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail eyewear or optometry setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verify prescription information and process lens orders.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $25 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
