Job summary

Walmart Covington store is seeking Find a Future Team associates to deliver outstanding customer service by acknowledging customers, receiving, stocking and organizing merchandise, and by supporting store operations through daily workload execution.

The role is full-time with available shifts including mid-shift and closing, contributing to a busy retail environment in Covington, WA.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $22 - $30 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
