Job summary

Walmart Vision Center is seeking a Part-time Vision Associate to support customers in the eye care center, verify prescription information, and help customers choose lenses and eyewear. Responsibilities vary by state regulations and licensing.

You will assist with checkout, vision-related questions, and completing orders, while enjoying Walmart's competitive pay and benefits. The role offers part-time hours with shifts starting between 8:00am–11:00am or 1:00pm–4:00pm.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
