Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Vision Associate to support customers in the eye care center. You will verify prescriptions, assist customers in choosing lenses and eyewear, and help complete lens orders in compliance with state regulations.

We offer a competitive hourly wage and performance incentives. This role is full-time with openings for morning and other shifts, based at Walmart Supercenter #1396 in Baraboo, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings preferred.
• Familiarity with prescription glasses and lenses helps.
• Ability to verify prescriptions accurately and assist purchases.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $25 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
