Job summary

Walmart Aberdeen eyewear center is seeking a Vision Associate to assist customers, verify prescription information, and help with lens and eyewear orders. You will support customers’ purchasing decisions while following state regulations and licensing where applicable.

As a part-time team member, you will participate in the eye care operations, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate fitting and personalization of eyewear. Training and schedule flexibility are provided.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
