Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and fit spectacles, contact lenses and other optical aids from prescriptions.
• Advise patients on lens materials, frames, and styles, including fit and comfort.
• Perform measurements such as pupillary distance, lens power and frame alignment.
• Manage inventory and order lenses, frames and supplies.
• Provide patient education and assist in exam-to-dispensary hand-off.
