You will assist patients with frame and lens selection, perform measurements, and analyze needs before ordering. You’ll fit and adjust eyewear after receipt and support customer service and sales using Sapient.

This non-union 1.0 FTE daytime role offers a salary range of $23.33–$34.99 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities in a busy, growing practice.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related opticianry experience.
• ABO certification within three years of hire.
• Competency in optics and instrument skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with frames and lens selection based on lifestyle needs and prescriptions.
• Conduct measurements and evaluate patient needs before ordering.
• Fit and adjust eyewear upon receipt and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer service and sales using Sapient to process orders.
