All Eyes On You Optometry, Inc. is seeking a patient-focused Optician to join our independent practice. You will help patients select eyewear that fits their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and has strong communication skills with knowledge of daily optometry office operations. Schedule includes Tue-Wed: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Thu-Fri: 7:00AM-3:30PM, and 3 Saturdays per month: 8:00AM-12:30PM.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an optical or optometry setting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense eyewear: meet and talk with patients to learn their needs for eyewear.
• Make suggestions on frames, and assist patients in choosing the best option for them.
• Take facial measurements to ensure a perfect frame fit.
• Lens and lab coordination: prepare orders with optical labs, track orders for accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Patient education: educate patients on lens options, coatings and ensure satisfaction.
• Use EHR software: input patients data, pull insurance and authorizations.

We are an independent optometry practice seeking a patient-focused Optician to join our team. In this role, you will help patients select eyewear that fits their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and has strong communication skills with knowledge of the day-to-day operations of an optometry office. We value a positive attitude and a commitment to patient care. Current schedule of the office: T-W: 8:30AM-5:00PM, TH-F: 7:00AM-3:30PM. 3 Saturdays a Month: 8:00AM-12:30PM.
