Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team. You will become an expert in our glasses, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will explain prescription terminology, help customers select frames, and collaborate with teammates to establish best practices. A licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician is required, with a strong focus on detail and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician where required or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and execute these details with
• flawless accuracy
• Check that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards, as well as customer

Who You Are

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO‑certified optician in non‑licensing states)
• Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries

For applicable postings, non‑exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
