Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners in Dallas, PA, is seeking an experienced Optician to join our eye-care team. You will guide patients in selecting frames and lenses, order from vendors, and help with adjustments, ensuring a flawless patient experience.

The role requires outstanding customer service, sales ability, and comfort with our Practice Management system. Two years in the optical field is preferred. VIP offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the optical field.
• 2+ years experience working as an Optician preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with frame adjustments and repairs.
• Collect payments and enter charges and payments into the Practice Management system.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Guiding patients in the selection of optical products to accommodate their prescription and financial requirements.
