Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support store operations. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, and help maintain records and merchandising to brand standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales goals, and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced retail environment, with Sundays off as the store is closed every Sunday.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
