Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate in San Marcos, TX to help customers find the right eyewear and provide exceptional service. This role supports store operations and sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include dispensing glasses/contacts, educating customers on care, maintaining records, and keeping the store visually merchandised. Weekend availability is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support store sales goals
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and train on lens care as allowed by state law
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention
• Other duties as assigned
