This Sales Associate role supports store operations and sales goals, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties include helping customers choose eyewear, dispensing glasses and contacts, and educating on care.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, with Sundays off in some locations. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed.
• Educate customers on eyewear and lens care; maintain records.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention.
