Job summary

America's Best is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and achieving sales goals. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts where allowed, and educate on care and proper use.

The role emphasizes high-energy retail performance, strong organization, and teamwork within a busy store environment. This position contributes to overall store success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
