Base pay range

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales. What does a Sales Associate do? Sales Associate duties include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions. You should also resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure maximum satisfaction. To succeed, stay updated on product features and maintain high standards in store appearance. Ultimately, your goal is to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
