Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Retail or optical industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to guide patients in selecting eyewear.
• Stay informed about promotions, policies, and pricing.
• Process payments and refunds using the Point of Sale system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and lens options.
• Process insurance claims when applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stock levels.
• Create and manage patient files with confidentiality in mind.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, and inspect final products.
• Adjust and repair frames as needed.
• Price and organize merchandise on the floor.
