Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing or laser module assembly experience.
• Experience in electronics, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with lasers and high-voltage equipment.
• Experience with solid-state diode-pumped lasers.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, network navigation).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
