Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners is recruiting for an established advanced manufacturing company in Florida for an Operations Manager role. You will oversee daily plant operations, drive productivity, and manage cost through data-driven decisions and CI initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing operations with Lean Six Sigma experience and a BS in a technical field. Relocation to Clearwater, FL is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Optics, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proven leadership in a matrix manufacturing environment.
• Experience translating data into strategic actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational areas of the Florida facility, including staffing, budgets, and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Lines to identify customer requirements and production opportunities.
• Own the Continuous Improvement program and coordinate with corporate CI team.
