Job summary

Search Masters is seeking an optical engineer to design and develop advanced lighting solutions using ASAP and LucidShapes, taking concepts from sketch to validated prototypes and field-ready products.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on optical design experience and a BS in Optics Engineering, ME, MET, or Physics, with a demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive designs through prototypes, tests, and certification stages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in optical engineering design.
• BS Degree in Engineering — Optics Engineering, ME or MET degree, or Physics degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop optical solutions for new lighting applications utilizing ASAP and LUCIDSHAPES software
• Innovate and implement new solutions and technologies to enhance the overall functional performance of existing products
