Qualifications

• Active security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one.
• 2–5 years of hands-on lab experience working with high-speed communication systems.
• Experience using high-speed optical and electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting lab equipment and components for test benches.
• Set up and conduct lab experiments to evaluate coherent optical modems.
• Lead root-cause analysis and debugging of performance issues.
