Job summary

Crystal Vision Clinic is seeking a part-time Optical Assistant (20 hours per week) to support the Optical team with dispensing and adjusting glasses, answering calls, tracking orders, and notifying patients when glasses are ready for pickup.

Job description

Crystal Vision Clinic is looking to add a part time (20 hours per week) Optical Assistant to our Optical team. This assistant will support the Optical team with dispensing and adjusting glasses, answering phone calls, tracking and auditing orders, notifying patients that their glasses are ready to pick up and other administrative tasks as needed. Experience providing exceptional customer service is highly desired. We have a talented team that is willing to show you how to give the best care and service possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in person customer service experience preferred
• Attention to Detail
• Desire to help others
• Sense of humor
• Strong communicator and listener
• Committed team player
• Paid time off
• Free annual eye exams and a pair of eyeglasses.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
