Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required and less than 2 years of experience.
• Experience interpreting engineering prints to determine requirements.
• Experience conducting process improvements, RCCAs, and FRBs.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for optical assemblies and metrology.
• Plan process sequence for new and existing assemblies.
• Review specifications and procedures for compliance.
• Assist in estimating hours for assembly activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement from manufacturing data.
• Determine equipment needs to meet design and test requirements.
• Mentor and train assembly operators.
• Analyze product failures to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Role is 100% on-site at Richardson, TX.
