Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with optical alignment, laser alignment, or precision equipment testing.
• Experience using hand tools for precision mechanical adjustments and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with software for alignment, calibration, measurement, and verification.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex equipment and systems.
• Experience with optical systems, lasers, photonics, autofocus systems, or illumination systems is highly desirable.
• Background in semiconductor equipment, scientific instruments, electromechanical systems, or precision manufacturing is preferred.
• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience preferred.
• Relevant technical education is desirable; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support laser-assisted optical alignment and verify alignment accuracy using specialized software.
• Make precision mechanical adjustments using appropriate hand tools and techniques.

• Document work performed, observations, and test results while following established procedures.
