Use a variety of mediums: hands on training, classroom, on the job, e-learning, and virtual. Includes development of documentation and materials to support learning, as well as coaching others.* Support talent pipeline and leadership development programs with a commitment to inclusion.* Coordinate and track training plans for associates to include safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.* Train and develop training team leads and line trainers.* Provide onboarding support to new leaders and support functions* Develop and report on measurements related to onboarding, retention and development.* Collaborate with leaders in the creation and reporting of metrics that show business impact* Partner with leaders and support functions to deliver solutions for business problems and strategic impacts.
