Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead OEM Operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.
• Drive ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations and OEM teams.
• Plan capacity and lead factory capital equipment budgeting.
• Handle module readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost.
• Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.
• Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness while stewarding quality.
• Lead communications up and down the organization, raising issues and options for resolution.
• Lead program readiness reviews and drive closure on design/technical and operations issues.
• Lead on-site supplier development builds and mass production ramp up.
• Present clearly in weekly meetings with large multi-functional teams and executives.
