Domino’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Jonesboro, GA to lead a shift and drive store operations. You will supervise a small to mid-size team, handle cost/inventory control, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include supervising 3 to 30 staff, greeting customers, taking orders with a smile, cash handling, and ensuring adherence to recipes and standards; you’ll grow through training and advancement opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during a shift.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payments from customers.
• Making fast, accurate, and consistent products following recipes and procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and appearance per Grooming Standards.
