Job summary

NextGen Federal Systems in Aberdeen, MD seeks an Ops/Intel Convergence SME to apply modern systems engineering practices, ensuring Army programs process data securely and resiliently.

The role focuses on integrating LAN/WAN, SATCOM, RF and MBSE approaches across services, working with government teams, and delivering architecture diagrams, data flows, and analyses.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university.
• Ten (10) years of experience in military command, control and communications, requirements analysis, advanced warfighting concepts and doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); five (5) years of additional experience, and a BA/BS from an accredited college or university may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Active DoD security clearance at the Secret level or higher

• Deliver engineering solutions drawn across a background systems across the military, spanning Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps
• Develop engineering products (digital engineering/MBSE) including but not limited to architecture diagrams, data flow definitions, systems and system of system analysis, dependency and behavior analysis artifacts.
• Collaborate with the government on paths forward, risks, analysis of alternative solutions, and recommendations on best approaches within cost constraints.
• Other duties as assigned.
