Job summary

Plinth is building software for charities, foundations and funders. We’re hiring someone to own recruitment operations, contracting and invoicing, plus the paperwork behind our ISO 27001 certification. You don’t need previous security or legal work; you just need to learn quickly, map processes and run them well. Location: London, Old Street.

Hours: Full time. Salary: circa £50,000 depending on experience. You’ll own end-to-end logistics, answer security questionnaires, automate repetitive tasks

Qualifications

• You are the organiser and can coordinate schedules and payments.
• Willing to take on unfamiliar work and learn out loud.
• Experience in EA, team assistant, ops coordinator, or office manager.
• Nothing gets dropped: interviews, invoices, ISO reviews and questionnaires all live together.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment operations from end to end.
• Contracting and invoicing management.
• Security administration for ISO 27001.
• Answer security questionnaires and build a reusable answer library.
• Automate repeatable tasks with templates and AI workflows.
• Grow and expand the role as the company scales.
