Qualifications

• Current Indiana license as an LPN/LVN required.
• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
• One year experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medication to patients in the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in an outpatient clinic.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians and credentialed therapists.
• Shift: Days - 5:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday.
