Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, upbeat, able to work independently or with the team, and willing to participate in cross-department training. Training is available, and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary assistant experience preferred but not required, and other work in animal care or surgical assistance will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sterile prep and handling of surgical instruments.
• Surgical setup and cleanup.
• Assist with daily appointment flow and patient handling.
