Job summary

Keenova is seeking an organized Thought Leader Liaison for Ophthalmology to develop and manage KOL relationships across the Northeast region. This field-based role requires frequent travel and collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, and sales to advocate Keenova products.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with KOL programs, strong communication skills, and a track record of building influential HCP networks in Ophthalmology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharma/biotech or related customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years of thought leader engagement in medical affairs, marketing, sales or clinical settings.
• 3+ years working within Ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Coordinate conferences, sponsorships and speaker programs.
• Collaborate with medical, marketing, training and sales teams to align external engagement.
• Provide market insights to marketing and contribute to advisory boards and strategy.
